I used rider waite. I got queen of cups, ace of cups and 3 of swords. I interpt this as him seeing me as the queen of cups.. someone who is emotional and someone who feels and cares about people. he knows that i care about him and that i'm beginning to like him (ace of cups) but he feels that i will get hurt if we get involved? or does that show that maybe he has no interest? and doesn't want to hurt me? what do you think?

I think it might mean that he doesn't want to hurt you because he might be involved with somebody else.
