It's the Mars/Mars/Saturn trine along with the Moon making it into a grand trine that gives you the feeling you can work well together. Venus trine Saturn it seems too.
But she has a huge power packed 3rd house (if this is her correct tob) involving all the heavies: mars/saturn/pluto. And on top of that, her Mars/Saturn is on your Merc/venus/Sun and her Pluto is on your Sun. This is truly something that will take a lot on her part to get her teeth out of your skin so-to-speak. She's gonna need to go through some humbling experience to treat you with more respect if your assertiveness is not doing the trick.
I don't think she acts that way because of the aspects per se, but it's just that when so much energy is concentrated it's hard for some people to step back. Obviously she's gotten into some negative pattern here over a period of years which is hard to undo in a few weeks/months time. And since Pluto is involved it's going to be esp hard for her to not be obsessed with this aspect of your relationship since it's already on that route. And that's too bad, esp since you both have Venus in Air so you both relate in this realm naturally anyway. You also have to consider her natal Sun/Mars/Saturn and how your Saturn is throwing it into a tsquare. Really, there is a better collaborator out there for you. Jupiter's going to be going over your Mars, trining your Libra placements for a bit maybe use that to get the word out about what you're doing and network in this area if that's at all possible for a like minded person you might be able to start something with.
Trines and sextiles that are good for business are between: Mars/Jupiter/Saturn/Pluto.
Try to get a placement in Aquarius of one of those to turn your trine into a grand trine for this venture. Avoid negative aspects with: Sun/Mercury/Mars/Uranus/Saturn/Pluto. Since you're strong in Air you'll esp want to have Mercury playing smoothly in a relationship so try for: Sun/Moon/Mercury/Venus/Jupiter.
Technically you can fix this communication problem only as much as she is willing to change and notice that yes there is a problem. If she remains ignorant of that fact to me it just seems a waste of time. In a way you could do it, but you would be manipulating her and you'd have to do some fancy footwork to get her back in line and really even then she may not "get it" since you've been pulling the strings in this method. So it'd help to a certain extent but you'd likely have to keep putting her back in line, and after a while that just grows tiresome.
Bottom line, if you start a venture with her on this type of footing, the one that you have now, it's not a good sign.
Also it sounds like you need to draw some boundaries with her. She'll only be as comfortable saying what she says to you for as long as you make her comfortable. Saturn on top of Mercury can be very harsh. And both of you have Saturn in the 3rd by the looks of it so you both can be quite fault finding and critical anyway. And on top of that Saturn in the 3rd speaks of siblings and how the quality of communication with them affects your mental outlook and the way you frame experiences in your day to day life. So between you two it will never be a matter of just learning to play nice, whatever inroads you both make in your communication with each other will have a huge bearing on the mental health of both of you, and how easily you can get your true meaning across to others. See her 3rd house is bearing down on your 12th this area that's more private to you, that could also feel like a gnat in your face, on top of that Saturn in her 3rd on your Mercury, you can see the build up here.
So just from my view, yes if you can to repairing the bond here, for the sake of your life after being around her even if she's not in it, but no for now to the business with her unless the composite is just one huge grand trine. The only exception I've seen to good synastry is a huge grand trine in the composite involving outer planets, with jupiter and with the inners, esp Mercury. This is with business partners, they may have to work separately on the project and meet every so often to share their part, and not collaboratively, but their combined effort in this way, with bad synastry and with great composite, was successful. One pair I know of in particular still do not communicate in any type of friendship way, they have a Mars sq Saturn, a Mars opp Uranus, Venus sq Venus, etc. aspects that are hard for working creatively together, but their composite is a dream so they are successful with their enterprise, but they always bring in other people to work with, usually people that they both admire to some degree, and they'll each work with that person independently. In the end with a business there's a few way you could structure this, I suppose. It's really whatever works but I'm saying there will continue to be definite obstacles unless something changes.
