I was thinking to myself before I posted this "If they reply with someone with a sun in aries or aries prominent, I will believe in the tarot for sure. Either that or if they describe someone aries-like, happy, direct, assertive, enthusiastic."

Peach knows that I've always told her how I'm drawn to aries like a moth to a flame. Yes The Emperor and his traits definitely describe my perfect guy.

EDIT: So I was thinking more about this and does this card mean that his sun is in aries or does it just describe his general behavior? The guy I am in love with is an Aries sun but he is in a relationship. Does this also mean that I WILL get married, bc honestly I wasn't even sure if I was going to.

could you pretty please pull another card to see if I can get what the letter of his first name is or maybe what his moon sign is or if I even already know him. I know nametypes as well, so if you pull out a card it could also describe to me the sign of his nametype and it would tell me if it's him or not.

Sorry I couldn't reply til now - but RAS, you're in good hands. I just focused on your energy and The Emperor card came forth (I didn't pull). It's not necessarily he is an Aries (but that was my impression so I put it out there). He will embody the persona of an Aries man as we both described.

We all want to know what the one is going to look like - me too! - but I think there are some things we aren't meant to know...

@Empress: Well, the thing is Crowley's card does look Saggi, but the interpretation of the idea of opposing energies is treated too literally

Marseilles, RWS and all the traditional ones, wherein there's no fire (in DEviant Moon there is no fire either)

And all the Crowley derived ones, Dreams, Gilded etc., in which there's both fire and water and well that are evocative of Sag. To be honest, I don't suppose using Waite's code in relation to these decks would even work.

Crowley wrote a novel called moonchild in which he described a battle between good and evil magicians. All the evil ones were based on Golden Dawn people, one of the main ones was called Arthwaite or something

Just because there's no literal fire in the pictures doesn't mean it isn't fire in element. It's mixing of opposites (fire+water) in a balanced way. Ying and yang, black and white, chemistry, etc

I dislike his deck, but if you insist those are his views, then by all means I love his views.

It's not like Tarot was invented by either or (Crowley or Waite), however they have greatly influenced it. It doesn't mean one is better than the other. You have your views, opinions, and I have mine.

Temperance is Fire and the majority of Tarot experts agree that it's Sagittarius. To me it makes sense, it might not to you, but in the end it's whatever works. Works perfectly well to me. The meaning I have associated with the card does as well

P.S. The symbolism to me is not more complicated than what I have mentioned, lol. Tarot is an art, and to me the less complicated the better. It works extremely well to me. Combining opposing forces in a moderate way, (to me) sums it up quite accurately.

If you want to associate Temperance with Aquarius, then that's your choice.

I'm sorry if you don't agree. I have already stated my piece, provided my sources, and proved my point.
