To me, since Swords represent Air, this could represent an intense passive-aggressive quarrel or sudden verbal fight between lovers... one person has an empty victory and the other hangs their head in defeat. It's a petty fight but the other person feels victorious probably by getting person B to acquiesce or change their mind without person B really wanting to or being into it at all. So person B gives in while really not meaning it - and person A is fine with that. To me, it's sort of like a woman verbally bullying her partner into going to a resort he doesn't want to go to for the holidays, and the man begrudgingly accepting it for the sake of stopping the verbal [Swords/Air] tirades... but disliking it the whole time and a bit openly while the woman doesn't care.
