Your main significator is in detriment and in Mercury's ruler/exaltation (Gemini), your co-sig Venus is in fall and in Mercury's ruler (Virgo). This means you like him wayyy too much. He's in Scorpio, Venus' detriment and the Moon's fall..this means he's upset or rejecting you somehow. His feelings aren't as strong as yours, but there's an applying sextile from Mercury to Venus and also an applying square from Moon to Mercury (I think it's applying, not too sure.) The sun and the moon are applying by trine, so it's safe to say that he still feels something for you, although it's not as strong as yours.

Saturn in the 7th house conjunct the Sun is a problem. I read that it's hard to judge a love horary with Saturn in the 7th house because the information can be misjudged. I don't know, but from what I see there are still feelings from him, just not very strong.

Have you seen him with an older (Saturn) woman lately? This is not traditional horary rule (especially for a woman), but it's very weird he's conjunct Saturn in the 7th. Not sure what it might mean, but I think Saturn rules his 5th house (romance/pleasure) or his 4th house (family/home). Might mean his dad is influencing him? Or someone older..like a mentor? but this isn't traditional, so if it doesn't click with you, please disregard it.

Sun being conjunct Saturn in the 7th house could also mean that he's focused on serious things right now and not much in love. Possibly focused on his career, work, school, etc..
