The 12th house suggests a difficulty of open communication. Like there's this awkwardness in expressing yourselves alot of the time.

And the moon square saturn (although a stabilising factor) isn't the best as a hard aspect, it might add this restrained/stiffling quality to both of your emotions?

I don't believe the relationship will lead to marriage, and if it does, it probably won't last.
