Physical :P Like you maybe with wiring or foundation; something that's normally wrong with houses that cost money to fix or the current/previous owners may want more then they originally asked. Your welcome  IP: Logged |

Ahhhh, I talked to my parents. They went to the house, they told me everything was new, but you're very correct. Apparently we need to fix the basement and also, apparently they want to put a wall in the attic, since it was too large for a bedroom. IP: Logged |
