I'm having a terrible time learning about reception and how planets "feel for one another"!

Will we get back together?

Back story:
My (ex)boyfriend and I had been dating and living together for 4 years. We broke up around the 3rd week of December and have had little to no contact since (per me). We broke up becuase he was being very distant, not coming home (he had been staying at his mom's house in the country because of hunting season...he says), and we had been constantly arguing since Thanksgiving. I've been very upset, although getting better now. In the back of my mind I suspected he was seeing someone else. Besides the reasons mentioned above, I really FEEL he was seeing someone behind my back.

We have had very little contact since we broke up because I was pretty much devasted. Extreme, I know but I thought we were going to get married. He had been calling and/or texting since the day after we broke up. I never answered the phone but I did respond to a few messages in very short answers. Last Wednesday was the first time we actually spoke to each other. I came to our house to get the rest of my things and he said he would really like to talk. I was so nervous for some reason that I felt sick to my stomach. He told me how much he loved me, how sorry he was for "running" away and how he really wanted us to try to work it out. I told him point blank that I'm ready to get married and start a family. He told me over and over that that's exactly what want too. That he's been so stressed about where he wants to live (in the city or move back to the country) and has been swamped with work...********.

For some reason I'm not buying it. I'm a very realistic person. People that "love you", do not usually shut you out of their live like that. My heart was broken. I asked him twice if he had been with someone else. He said "no", so I dropped it.......Until I asked this Horary questions and saw Mars in the 7th, with very strong MR with his signifier.

Anyway, he left to go to Costa Rica on their annual boys trip on Thursday. I dropped him off and am picking him up this coming Thursday. I have been kicking around this question in my head for a few days but was prompted until today to ask.

I got a "Yes" from the question. My signifier is in an applying trine to his signifier in 4 'something'. Which at first I was happy about until I saw Mars in the 7th house with mutual reception to his signifer. And a LOADED turned 12th house. Although, in my chart the aspect is separating. So he was seeing someone in the past? The aspect is separating by square by 5 degrees. Maybe they had conflict?

I'm still learning about Mutual Receptions...Its very confusing still

Saturn and Mars has strong MR!

I know the answer to the question. The chart shows a clear "yes" but I'd really like to know y'all's thoughts on that Mars in the 7th or even that seriously debiliated Juptier in the turned 5th house. I'm at a point where I don't know what to do and would be very grateful for some advice...good or bad. I do love him but I don't want to look like an idiot by taking him back and him lying to my face about something so important that could destroy our relationship. I always don't want to falsely accuse him of something or ask him over and over if he is/was seeing someone.

He is in detriment to my Venus (me as a woman) and in fall of me (my emotions). So even though it looks like we'd get back together, it wouldn't be a good situation for me

Thanks in advance and I look forward to any advice and information! I think I'm going to drink another glass of wine and do somemore research. I read somewhere that sometimes when you ask an horary question you get back more information than you thought

I would say it's a "yes" but you tend to be caucious.

Regarding mars, like i said saturn likes mars.
Mars is in his 1st house.
Mars is the lord of his 4th and 11th house.
He has in his attention someone from his family, home or someone from his friends(not necessarly as a lover). Mars by definition is a masculin planet.
