I asked are me and phil meant to be? will we be together?SInce I am asking about someone else beside myself i dont know whos significator is whos..just dont know where to start. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

The Asc is late, suggesting you already know, intuit or suspect the answer to your question. It kind of invalidates the chart a bit. However, I will give it a go.
Neither of you is in a good place right now, he is in detriment, Rx and cadent in the 12th, you are combust and peregrine. Timing is bad for now, however I do see Moon sextiling him and once you (Mercury) change signs into Aqua which is a friendlier sign for you, you will also trine him (not yet in orb so you need to overcome some obstacles and do your "crossing" to the next level - Aqua).
"Meant to be" is a bit of an overstretch to answer with this chart. But there will be contacts. Use them well. IP: Logged |

I swear I dont know Hera but hmm. if I could answer that I guess I am unsure..maybe a maybe. Is it ok to ask the same question twice maybe not now but in a month or so? when it pertains to Horary. Thanks Hera ^^ IP: Logged |

You're welcome Julz. Usually it is advised to ask after 3 months or when situation changes. There was some other rule about the number of degrees Moon makes to the closest angle, or smth.. Felt too complicated and I never use that one. Basically when situation changes, if it does before 3 months have passed. Or when you feel very very strongly about asking again. I go with this one even if it's not 3 months.  Nothing beats my gut feeling (or if it does, the chart comes up invalid lol, happened almost every time when I wasn't supposed to ask) IP: Logged |
