She got confused and will have to make a decision about this matter or 'evaluate' the situation to see if something is true. This might be the beginning of conflicts. Does this have to do with a love matter, three people involved or this has to do with someone else as well (text, mail also included)?
I also feel that it's 'out of your control' now.

Hi Enlightened, The Ten of Wands, the Three of Cups, the Hermit - clarifying card, the Page of Cups I am still getting the sense that this has to do with a love matter(?).
So... She sees you being currently under some sort of pressure, maybe feeling lonely as well and you would like to guide your energy in 'having a good time' (with new friends/socializing more) maybe? Not knowing the situation, that was my guess. P.S. Is she a boss or supervisor btw?
