So I asked if I will say I love you first or he will, this is what I drew in order,

the empress
the wheel of fortune,
five of swords,
and page of cups,

All right side up, I think it means he will say it first and that we both have mutual feelings, but what does the five of swords have to do with it? Please help

Well, what I make of the above cards is that you will feel the urge to say it first but something will come along that will change your mind and you will sort of 'step back'. And eventually he will!
