I've done your Q about your social life2 wands crossed by Queen of Cups 10 cups above 2 cups below Page of Cups on the left 4 swords on the right 7 wands - ace of pents - ace of swords - the hermit Ok, so it's almost like you're struggling to structure your social life and strategise. You're actually feeling like there's a new reason for planning this sort of thing, but at the same time you're more inclined to contemplate what's inside you, your spiritual preoccupations, which might be clashing with how you deal w the mechanics of social interaction.
Are you in love with someone you met a while ago? Or was it you that were mostly giving vent to your neptunian side? Anyway, all these cups surrounding you look good. Perhaps things will not be evolving as fast as they normally do, despite your craving for action and substantial evidence thereof/gratification, but I feel like what's inside you will eventually result in lovely poetic people, a circle of close friends perhaps. One might be your lover. can you relate to any of this? and please if you want follow ups/explanatory cards let me know IP: Logged |

Thank you very much for the reading. "Ok, so it's almost like you're struggling to structure your social life and strategise. You're actually feeling like there's a new reason for planning this sort of thing," Yes, that is true. Actually I should have done that years ago, but always avoided. Of course that leaves me now a bit clueless about social interaction. Not the general one, I am quite apt at that, especially in professional context, as I am coming into contact with a lot of people in daily interactions, and it has never been a problem to do that, as long as there is a certain structure attached to it, when I know what is being expected from me.
However, sadly the same cannot be said for some sort of personal social life. NOt talking about family and close friends. But somehow the sort of "middle social circle" is very lacking in my experiences. I probably do not express myself very clearly here, sorry. " but at the same time you're more inclined to contemplate what's inside you, your spiritual preoccupations, which might be clashing with how you deal w the mechanics of social interaction." Yes. I am a bit torn between staying inside (and continuing to spiritualize and also to conceptualize instead of actively participating and experiencing) and take an active part. I know though that this is what I have to do and WANT to do. It is just a bit of terra incognita for me, no matter how old I am. But sometimes you just have to leap into the unknown even if you don´t have a detailed map of the place.
"Are you in love with someone you met a while ago?" I wouldn´t say "in love". I don`t know him enough for that. I would rather say he got my attention and it intrigues me that, within reasonable frame of course, he pays attention to me. Not sure what to think of that. In a way he challenges me to look at me in a different way than I am used to, cause he seems to look at me differently than what I am used to. Endlessly puzzling to me.
"Perhaps things will not be evolving as fast as they normally do" They never do with me. LOL
" I feel like what's inside you will eventually result in lovely poetic people, a circle of close friends perhaps. One might be your lover." I would like that. Yes. a circle of friends sounds great to me, and maybe something more will develop from that beginning.
"can you relate to any of this?" Yes, totally. Thank you.
" and please if you want follow ups/explanatory cards let me know" Well, the only question that still remains unsolved for me, is what part that mentioned guy has in all of that.

Ace of Wands - Queen of Pents - 6 wands you will perhaps be more down-to-earth in a good way, secure/calm. and more socially confident. perhaps more active too, unless this ace of wands means a sexual relationship. but well it could provide a garden-y outlook, this spiritualised-in-the everyday, so this clash between your spiritual needs and the reality around you will perhaps be much less of a problem. but i'm afraid i can't state with any degree of certainty how soon this will evolve. good luck with everything! Andstuff, thanks for the clarification. And it def. makes a lot of sense. I am not surprised the Queen of Pents appeared. She seems to signify me lately, or at least in relation to him, or how he sees me (I always get that card in this context).
I like that actually, as it denotes the change I am going through. My "shadow-card" is the Queen of Swords; whenever I am insecure or trying to avoid something, especially contact, I retreat into my mind and behind milehigh walls. He for some reason easily slips through my very acute defensesystem though (my defenses are too strict and strong and high, and I NEED to tone them down and let someone close, but it is a learning process for me). So in this regard I view the Queen of Pents as positive; as she does not live in her mind, but is quite down to earth, and also has an appreciation for the physical side of things. A more realistic approach (neither too mental nor too fantasizing). That is why I like the Queen of Pents in that reading so much. WAce of wands and 6 of wands is interesting (I am getting these more and more frequently, too). While I think it basically is indicative of a lively spark that is a good thing to incorporate into my life, I wouldn`t totally exclude the sexual/ physical aspect. I have that suspicion that partly that intrigue might really be due to some physical attraction, either on his or my part. And this intrigue/spark somehow helps me to be more in the NOW, if you know what I mean. To actively experience things and feelings, and yes becoming more active in my social life, and having a broader perspective.
It may sound strange but I am glad you did not pull any cups (and of course no swords. lol) here in that clarification. I am never too sure about the cups and their relation to fantasy and dreams. I have had my fill of those, and to be honest, I feel I Need to incorporated some more tangible things into my life (wands and pentacles are perfect right now). Well, maybe cups later on, when I am more confident and sure of myself. IP: Logged | |
