As you can see there is no aspect between moon and saturn.So the answer is no
You said he is older then you, well in general saturn represent older people
Are you focus on career for the moment, moon in 10th house of career?
He is focused on his friends, social things(he is in his 11th house)
Moon will soon oppose saturn so things are indicating a tense situation.

But he has no friends...so I don't get it kind of?
I am not focusing on career, just living the daily life for now.
I know saturn usually represents someone older than you, but when I got a reading done a while ago the reader used sun and moon as our significators, he is in a position of authority over me. I noticed that sun and moon are applying by 4 which is funny bc we are supposed to see each other in 4 days (would be 4 days from yesterday thursday).
