can someone reads or give me an opinion my 2013 SR 5th house.Its got a lot of planets i wonder what it could mean.Also how do i attach images rather than giving a link?

I am not an expert, but from what I have been reading, you may have an unexpected romance this year, that will be stableize, since you have a grand trine between sun, saturn and uranus.
Mercury and Venus are conjunct in Cancer in your fifth, which may mean deep expression of emotion for someone. And sun in Jupiter are conjunct in your fifth house in Gemini, which may mean an intellectual approach to this love, that will succeed. Just what I can fathom from it.

I had a chart that looked good in my 2012/2013 SR but it was a huge letdown and nothing happend maybe this year 2013/2014 might be better

I think its sun, saturn and Neptune not uranus
