my own, possibly wrong interpretation. since im not very good at this.

querent is the first house. since im female, i am also taking venus in consideration.
we have the first house in libra, libra is ruled by venus, venus is in aqua.

he is the quesited, so we take sun and the 7th.
sun is in pisces.
descendant is in aries, aries is ruled by mars. mars in pisces.

i dont see anything connecting the significators of the querent and the quesited. libra and aqua on one hand, pisces on the other side of the coin. thus, the answer is NO.

but then, this is where it gets confusing. i also know that the moon can be applied to the querent. the moon here is in cancer, this does make an aspect to the sun and mars in pisces (man.)
then, i also read that some questions vary depending on the topic. so, for example, since im asking about a conference, which is what the event will be about...should i take mercury into consideration? or, is it jupiter (travel?)

how did i do?

He is Mars...
The moon is actions and what your thinking about..

The moon in H9 so your thinking about the traveling...

Both Mars and Sun are applying to Moon..

So I say yeah he will go to the event.

U asked if he would go to the event.. The chart indicates yes, since its not supplying to u, i take that as he isn't going with u or because of you..
He has other reasons for going..

When asking horay be as specific as possible..

Will we get together at the event.. Etc etc..

If u are asking if the two of u will get romantic.. I think another chart / question would be valid..

Maybe use the time of ur lost post when u asked abt it.

good thing, i thought back about the time i started wondering if we would get together at the event, get a chance to talk...at least on that day...and this is the chart.

my own interpretation...

querent: scorpio rising...mars, mars is in pisces
quesited: taurus...venus, venus in aqua
the getting together...mercury? mercury is in pisces
situation: moon...moon is in cancer

what we are looking here is a link between him and i, i dont see a connection because the pisces mars doesnt connect with the aqua venus...
thus, the answer is no.

however, and this is where it gets confusing, pisces mercury and the cancer moon do make an aspect to the querent, pisces mars.
yet, he is represented by the aqua venus, and, he is just not making any aspects.

so, again, this is confusing. but...at least i tried.

You are in your H3 focus on communication.

Honestly Im not sure what to use as the "event" Im stuck between H9 for travel and H6 or H10 for job work...

His H9 Is saturn in his H6... So I think that again shows he will go..

the interesting thing about this is that this event is part of his career/image aspect. he is not an attendant like me, he is part of the body of this event. this is very revealing.

so, what would this mean? that there would be communication but because of the lack of the connection in regards to the h5 rulers...nothing romantic will happen?
it is not as if im expecting a kiss...but, it would be nice to establish a connection at least, and maybe, continue the communication in the future.

i can see that, since he is part of the body and a known figure, i think it will be very difficult to pry him away from others in order to talk to him...alone.
ill probably write him an inspirational letter or draw an inspirational image, and see if i can sneak it into his hands. gods, so awkward....
he is going through a rough patch and, he needs some encouraging words.

im expanding this analysis because i want to get as many ideas of what may happen from the chart, and then, see if/how all of this plays out in real life.
also, i like horary and want to learn.

Point 1.

Saturn and Moon

saturn and moon are trining, true.
but...the moon in cancer may pose a problem for saturn...since saturn in cancer is a detriment...
so, saturn could end up rejecting the moon because cancer moon is something that would cause saturn discomfort, a la saturn-cancer.
so maybe, this saturn-scorpio and moon-cancer may not be so welcoming.

Point 2.

Saturn and Venus

another problem....
saturn is in scorpio...scorpio is a sign of detriment when it comes to venus
so maybe...just maybe, saturn is not going to help me at all here.
saturn does not have venus' interests at heart.

i dont know what all of this means, the closest thing i can think of is that there would be a meeting but not enough to bind/and follow-up...
that there will be obstacles from others....
not sure.
of course, i am being very detailed and, im new at this.
