Ten of wands, 7 cups and the chariot clarification the devil. Very draining, forecast of overload and possible power struggles. Negativity which is unconsciously draining you, feeling conflicted and pulled/pushed into several directions. Inertia and spinning wheels without a true sense of advancement. Getting more if the same in heavier loads. Things to become even more stressful within six months, feeling your heart/spirit is just not that into this.

I see a major change in energy around mid to late April. The entire month of April feels like the point in which your ship finds itself on course where confidence comes rushing in. Like you will have an ephiphany of yes this is exactly where I'm meant to be at this point in life.

Winning back the knowing that yes you did make the right decision for your life purpose and as a result are growing much more than you had dared to hope.

Yes, you should change it up. I can see you are thinking about it in a logical manner, weighing the pros and cons (Queen of Swords, sharp wit and intellect, but very reasonable at the same time). Two of Wands usually means that you will put something out there, an offer will come. It may take longer than you are prepared to wait for, but something should be there.
