I think its important that if you got an answer somewhere else not to keep on testing the waters by asking for a new answer. I think this makes it harder on yourself but also keeps on sending desperate energy out into the world. I know this is a lot easier said then done. That is, I understand how difficult it can be to practice patience especially when it involves matters of the heart, but spend time on yourself - go see movies, get a massage, pick up a hobby, learn a language, go to the beach, visit a museum, read a book, take a class, etc.

In the end, he'll either come around or he won't, but likely he'll end up wondering what happened to you, or you'll be so interested in something else or be so interesting to someone else either way its a WIN-WIN situation!

For communication one looks at the third house, but I can't read this chart (the layout/style).

Not sure if it's valid either because I think I saw you asking a similar horary question not too long ago? I might be mistaken. Good luck to you anyway
