Military natural falls under the 10th House - Public Life - Capricorn (seems like the chart is legit.)

I'm not seeing any direct aspects between the Moon and Saturn likewise Saturn is in retrograde and in your 5th House. However, Moon does make a face rulership in Taurus, where as Saturn is retrograde and peregrine - so that means you are in charge - so if you want to.

HOWEVER, you do have this HUGE YOD! Pointing to Jupiter and it is in the 11th House with you. And is making minor aspects with the Saturn and the Pluto in Capricorn. And moon is on its path to be where Jupiter is. Yod's normally point to something and tell you what to do. But I am unsure if this is true to of horay's. The Sabian reads: An Airplane Performing a Nose Dive.

I am also interested in the moon's other aspects with the Sun (Fall) and Venus (Exalted) in the 9th house - higher education and travel. Have you been considering traveling? And Pluto in the 6th House? Are you have struggles at work with your co-workers?

Well I see this more as a career horary, so I would look at MC/MC ruler to be honest.

So our querent Aquarqueen is currently in her house of hopes and dreams, exalted, though also bit worried and pessimistic because she's sitting on Algol.
Her "classic" career indicator would be Jupiter. However, ARIES intercepts in the 10th. Aries is very fitting for a military career. I believe it came intercepted for a reason, did you prepare for something else? Art or communication or media, possibly business or even the law. You going in the military is something of a secret wish of yours, you haven't made any steps in that direction yet, but it is starting to grow on you and you want to bring it to light.

So, I will take Jupiter for whatever career plans you had until now and Mars as indicator for your military career. Mars is VERY well placed, in your 10th house, angular and in its own sign. It is a very good choice for you. Problem is you don't apply to Mars yet. You do apply to Sun by sextile and it's funny that you mentioned finances because Sun rules those. So first and foremost you will need to save money or earn cash to do this. Then you will need to switch signs (go through a big "passing", transformation, change etc) in order to apply to Mars. But after you get the money, which is where you need to start, I see you going straight for military academy. Nothing else stands in your way.
