I posting my chart in hopes that someone here can give me insight on why things are so difficult right now and hopefully tell me when things should start looking up. Thank you for your help!

I am having issues pretty much everywhere! I got out of my most recent relationship about a month ago so that has been getting to me, but at the moment I am also struggling with career/finances (getting hit with debt for the first time ever) and family drama. Health issues are starting to pop up too but I think they are mostly from stress. I've even been having conflict with my closest friends (which never happens) but that's at the bottom of my list right now. It's just bizarre because its all happening at the same time and its been going on since the holidays. I expected it it be over by now.

EDIT: So here is what I got out of this and let me get this...

You have tons of oppositions and squares.
Here is what I get out what you are currently in.

The strongest impression off my notes is the Moon square Saturn in your chart. It will signify emotional instability and impatience. As Moon is the planet of emotions and can a tendency to be scared to trust others. There is a sense of urgency that you feel but it feels as if things are going so slow or sometimes your emotions go faster than the issue itself. This impatience is the same in the Sun square Saturn but a different kind that stems more on feeling emotionally inadequate and expecting things to go badly.

The Moon squaring your Jupiter only adds to this aspects intensity. The idea that you may have a lingering sense of bad luck and a tendency to remember missteps before successes. This causes inner struggle and a questioning of when things will get better. You have issues determining the line between being in faith and practicality. The thing about it is that it is you, not the environment that can be a little bit of an issue. But, no worries it is something that you can easily get over.

Mercury and Saturn also crate a square in your chart. This creates an issue about how to communicate what you feel because you feel as if you have to wait on others to tell you when it is right to say what needs to be said. You allow yourself to be censored to a fault instead of saying what you feel needs attention. This can lead to a lot of the things you are dealing with in your relationship.

Mercury and Jupiter also square each other. You tend to assume things before they happen or before you ask if it is true or not. You tend to not think things through much when you speak but with the above square between Mercury and Saturn, you tend to censor at the wrong time and at times when you need to be uncensored and real, you aren't real with yourself at all.

Your generational planets square your Midheaven also. Neptune in particular stands out as you feel that your career that you want isn't what is coming to you. Again, if you have overcame any of these squares, you will be able to achieve anything you believe in that you can handle.

I also seen a ton of oppositions in your chart which could signify a life that can get really good for a long while but then suddenly wane in an area and because you overly focus on that area, you disregard everything and it therefore keeps the square between Mercury and Jupiter in a place of prominence.

The degrees are later in the squares so they may be pronounced for a while and then it may seem like all of them don't exist.

My advice, learn to embrace the complexity of your Squares and grow into them. It is about time that you do service for yourself, happy. I think your main issue is your sub-conscious defeatist attitude that creates a lot of bad habits. Not to take away but to emphasize the fact that they are influences but they are just that, INFLUENCES. They will do just as much as you allow them to. If you allow your squares and oppositions to rule your life in bad times, they will. So, what I think you should do is take some time right now and do some inner healing with a stimulating activity and allow your energies to flow within you and to get back in contact with you. It will help you to notice the habits that you need to change in order to live and survive as an individual. And most importantly, embrace you for you because if nobody else will, you have to live with you, happy.
