Looks like the chart of someone very conflicted inside, who's easily emotionally overwhelmed and has trouble dealing with all the sensitivity. Relationships can be especially complicated: person may have trouble expressing love (Saturn Rx in 5th) and relationships may be unstable or short-lived (Uranus Rx in 7th).A volatile personality, who may try to hide their sensitivity and escape into an inner world (12th house emphasised).
Parents may have been in conflict and maybe the home was violent/felt unsafe (Moon/Mars opposition on the IC/MC axis) so the person is afraid of conflict or is easily angered/aggressive. Can have passive/aggressive tendencies, hard to control impulses.
There seems to be a strong emphasis on creativity/emotional expression, which the person should use in order to alleviate inner tension. It seems like a creative endeavour would be best for them, something that combines their sensitivity, imagination, but at the same time makes them work in a practical way, translating their inner world into materiality.
North Node in the 6th with Pluto there may point to a need for a satisfying work, a vocation, a career (Moon on MC), something the person feels is meant to do. A "calling" is what they need; and with a Taurus ASC and Venus/Mercury conjunction, Libra NN, Saturn in the 5th.. this all points to a creative job. They need to use their creative abilities and not be afraid of developing them more and use them in a practical, efficient way.
Neptune is aspected which heightens the need to express idealistic visions/repressed emotions.
The flowing aspects are supportive, pointing to real potental that should be worked on and exploited to the fullest.
