Anyone on here do cord cutting? I would like one from a certain situation I'm going through. I am just tired of feeling so depressed, sad, guilty, hoping for something that may not ever happen. I need to move on and am trying to move on and I can't seem to do it.

Hey,

You can cord cut by yourself also. Go into a relaxed state through meditation. Focus on your breath for around 5 minutes and surround yourself in a healing blue light. Then ask to see the energetic cords (with your inward eye) and start releasing them. You can use a imaginative scissors, or just see them dissolve. After they are all gone, surround yourself in a white light and slowly come back to the 'here and now'.

Lol. It's a matter of practice. Even if you could just focus on your breathing now and surrounding your self in blue light, I think that would make you feel a bit better.
