Hi!

We've been around the same circles for a few years. To me, he is the ideal guy. I remember being really dazzled by him the moment I first saw him years ago when we met in church. We are not together of course, just acquaintances. But can can my perception of him as ideal be seen in the chart?

Can any of this been seen in this chart?

(Don't know his birth time so of course the time is set for noon.)

I am the outer wheel and he is the inner wheel.....

Thanks for any insights and for reading! :-)

Well, your venus in sag would be attracted to his moon. And if you've known him for so long, you have probably seen many of his moon qualities shining through. The years also brings comfort to the relationship for you.

You were meant to meet him. Though his asc is off, his north node is still conjunct your IC which suggests it was a fated meeting.

Thank you for replying Luna!

I should have been more clear, so I edited it--we are just acquaintances, but have been around the same community for years. I should have been more clear! Thanks for offering your input!

Thanks Hapless--

I don't really understand nodes well--so when I google the topic, I get information on south nodes as well. If his north node is conjunct IC, does this mean that his south node is conjunct MC? I'm going to continue to google this as well!

Hey, as you know I still don't know much about charts... But: the south node is 180 degrees away from the north node. So I think you are right about that one

I looked it up---and yes of course that is exactly what it is. Very interesting.

I also wonder about all that activity in my 4th house.....

Are you on the outside?
Can't help you with 4th house I'm afraid. See you have cheiron retrograde and moon and north node in Taurus in 12th. I have that too! Been reading up on those. No help in synastry though.
Do you know this site? http://www.the-soulmate-site.com/north-node.html

Welcome
I really like that web site too
I mixed up my nodes lol. My south node is in the 12th. And karma wise I should end up in the 6th, lol. 12th should be familiar which kinda feels that way.
On Cheiron rx in that position I have been told that when you do healing on yourself you are actually healing parts of the collective unconscious. Also those positions tend to pick up all that's going on in the collective. Especially with the moon there. Do you pick up energies, atmospheres and can you 'pin point' other peoples emotions quickly (while they don't even know it themself yet)? The 'seeing through their masks'-bit?

-sorry, going of topic here-

Yes, this is exactly what happens to me. Sometimes I think what the heck is going on? But my intuition about things and people are very strong. I just get a sense about things and a lot of insight. Although, sometimes that doesn't come through for myself at times LOL.

I didn't know about the healing of the collective that is powerful!....I should try working more with crystals and affirmations more actually to let go of some of what I pick up.

How do you work with your 12th house moon?

I use it in almost everything.
I can't shut it of, but I did learn not to express this all the time. It's not appreciated by a lot of people, lol. It's often secrets (not bad ones, but the side you want to keep hidden because it hurts or you feel ashamed) or things people feel uncomfortable with. Took me years to realise this, because I thought it was so blatantly obvious!

Lol. I completely get the intuition bit not coming true in regards to yourself. Have that 2. I think it happens when my own emotions are really flared (like with boyfriends, family etc). Then it gets 'foggy'.
I also need 'alone'time badly to recharge. Do you have that too?
If you pick up too much, smudging your aura with sage every night helps brilliantly. I can recommend it.

For the Cheiron position: I think affirmations and working with crystals would be great! From what I read Cheiron in this position works very well with energies! I actually read that there were two types of healers in this position. The ones working as energy healers (reiki etc) and the ones mainly working with dream interpretation and guided meditaton. That last bit is so funny because I have been working with dreams, and archetypes and have been giving guided meditations for quite a few years!!

Thank you for sharing your 12th house experience with me! It's so funny what you mean about the collective, because I sometimes feel like I'm carrying everyone's emotions with me! So the smudging is definitely something I will try. And Yes, I do need to work with crystals! I used to carry Black Tourmaline with me everywhere because I felt I needed some protection.

I also feel I need a lot of that when I am class also, strangely enough. I have to get back wearing it.

I HAVE to spend time by myself to recharge. Actually, sometimes I have to "prepare" myself to be around people b/c I am really sensitive. LOL. I think the fact that saturn opposes this moon in the 12 is probably why I have such a time dealing with emotions. Good thing my sun trine it! I have to tap into that potential more also.

Sounds familiar, lol.
My moon also trines my sun.

Would be interested to hear how the smudging would feel for you. Also working on the root chakra would help to keep in touch with yourself instead of seein and pick up everything.

I noticed I especially pick up more (waaay too much empathy/feeling other peoples story almost like it's my own) when I'm tired or lower in energy). I actually stopped reading extremely heavy literature in which characters are described to an (emotional) core, because I can feel their pain too much and I take on that energy for the rest of the day, lol (I'm not sure if you are into 'Friends', but I resonate perfectly with the episode where Joey puts his book in the freezer to make it stop! Lol)
Non fiction and objectively written material (and charming funny stories of course) work best for me.

Also (writing) poetry is a perfect outlet for the 12th.

Wow, you and I have the same experiences! I agree about the reading completely! Of course I write poetry--hoping to become an author of course! I just saw that clip of Joey putting The Shinning in the fridge--OMG. LOL. Yes, I pick up things, and I have to be aware of what I watch on TV also.

Music definitely helps relax me and helps me be creative actually, especially when writing. So I usually write with music on.

It seems that when I am lower in energy, people come to me more for help! I've never been able to figure that out......

Wow. Yeah. That does sound so similar! I have the same with tv, have to be careful what I watch. And really have to keep a good balance of what I 'put into' my head. I can do all 'heavy, painful subjects' in work, but I have to then balance it with feelgood, fun stuff subjects as well.

Is poetry your favourite?
And so funny what you write about the music! I use it in writing too! (and I actually teach those methods in regards to writing, lol)

EDIT: just found this on north node in 12th. On sky writer blog. "The opposite placement, North Node in the 12th, would mean that the positive uses of the 12th–like service and spiritual studies–are part of your curriculum for this lifetime. Finding a balance between the North Node in the 12th and South Node in the 6th would be to avoid being too much of a workaholic and to nourish the soul by times of quiet introspection and spiritual practice.
