Which cards would indicate that someone is under the influence of witchcraft and what is the proper way to ask the tarot so you can have a clear answer about the situation and who caused it. I'm still learning and there isn't enough information online about it.

I'd say temperance reversed in combination with the high priestess (upright or reversed) and I would expect the Devil to come up as well.
I'm sure more combinations are possible, but those came to mind immediately.
You can phrase it as a one question with one or two clarifiers.

Edit: then (if necessary) a second question for who is behind this.

Would you suggest it is better to use 1 card for this type of question? And another card as clarifier and 1 card for who is behind it? Thank you

That's how I would do it, yes. A spread would complicate it with this type of question.

EDIT: I mean you should ask 2 questions. First get your first one answered. If that is a yes to you, you can ask who is behind it the same way.

My experience with witchcraft being used is that it actually quite often isn't that way (no spells, just life). But it feels like it because so many obstacles come up. Best then is to get to the core and see if (and how) you can attend the situation.

Having said that, there of course are cases where it is being used.

Thank you so much for answering! Let's say it did come up in the spread. What would you suggest to break all evil spells placed on you? Sorry I'm asking too much

I would start by cleansing my aura and breaking connections. Then work with protective spells and 'break negativity'/'binding" spells/visualisations. If not experienced, I would always recommend to find someone who knows what they are doing and are experienced. I'm a great fan of shamans who do beautiful work.

You're very welcome

EDIT: I would like to stress that in general jinxes don't happen that much. And binding is mostly advised against. It is a 'heavy spell' and should only be used in extreme circumstances (like with stalking/abusive partners etc.) Also: what you send out, you will get back.
But it is always a good idea to clean your aura, 'cut energetic cords' and work on protecting yourself.
