Hi there! I love your username! I went ahead and did an interview spread for you…1. What can you bring this position? KING OF CUPS
I think you can offer a new dynamic to the job you are applying for. Even if you don’t consider yourself a “creative” person, it is likely that you will be able to bring forth a lot of new ideas and perspectives to your area of work. I also get that you will be able to work well with resources (both people and things!) in order to give the place of employment a greater sense of unity and allowing things to “flow” better.
2. What the employer likes about you? PAGE OF WANDS
I think in some way the employer will see you as a fresh start. Someone who is enterprising and full of energy that is willing to take on the tasks at hand. The employer has probably been seeing the same type of work(ers) over and over again and finds you to be refreshing.
3. What can I do to improve my chances? QUEEN OF WANDS
The Queen of Wands always oozes with confidence to me, so I would encourage you not to let your nerves get to you; know that you have a lot to offer where you apply and play up your assets! Make sure the employer is aware of what you bring to the table and show that you are driven and ambitious.
4. Can I grow and learn from this position? THE CHARIOT
I definitely think so! The Chariot has come up a few times for me indicating a promotion so it is very likely that there is a lot of room to grow from this job and there will be a chance to move up in rank. If not that then it is also possible that you see/deal with things within your work that causes you to grow as a person but the first suggestion is more likely.
5. Is this the job for me? FOUR OF CUPS
Hmm…looks like this might not be the most fulfilling thing for you. It might not be the “dream job” you had in mind, however this could change given promotions/raises/etc. The surrounding cards are all pretty good so I would just wait and see. Is this what you see yourself doing forever or is this just something you think of as a go between until you find something better?
6. What are my chances of getting this job?
THE HERMIT
It’s a little hard to say with the Hermit, when I pull him in yes/no I usually get a “yes but with strings attached” vibe. I will say when I pulled him for you I felt a yes. In any case, the Hermit suggests you take time and space to reflect on yourself and make sure this is the job you really want, also to do research on the job/company itself and make sure they aren’t hiding anything. It also indicates that you should not give up or settle, do not fear the unknown, and continue to move forward no matter the outcome…it will lead you to your higher calling.
