I have met someone new, and am just wondering if he is feeling attraction for me, I think he is, since Jupiter is in Gemini ruled by Mercury which is the ruler of the first house in this case, does anyone know how this is going to play out?

Yeah, it's just an attraction now, quick means that the attraction will develop quickly, it won't be something that's dragged out for months, usually when a significator is in an angular house cardinal sign it indicates fast results, nothing to be worried about at all!
