What is more important: transits or progressions?

Am I correct in interpreting that progressions are more of a continuous theme and transits act in triggering events? Can anyone help interpret this chart for me? I just need the themes for love/sex... I know that Neptune transiting the 5th house so you do not have to explain this. It is a pain honestly. Most important question for me is: Is anything good going to happen within the next 3 months on the love front? I would gladly appreciate it. Thank you IP: Logged
