Topic: an explanation on the empress, the devil and the lovers?

yesturday i had a reading done by a local woman, it wasnt planned at all just kind of happened, anyway she told us she didnt do tarot cards and read us with a regular deck of cards, it was hit and miss but over all the things she did get right were very accurate. at the end she pulled out her tarot cards i recognized that it wasnt an entire deck and she told me she just used the 'important' ones. once she started reading my friend i noticed that she was using the major arcana....now for my question....after flipping my three cards she read from out a book their meanings. for the most part i already know the meanings on the majority of tarot cards but this is the first time ive ever gotten a proffesional reading and im kind of bummed that i didnt get anything all that specific so can anyone out there explain the significance of these three cards, flipped in the exact orderthe empress
the devil
the lovers
and after she asked me to pull another
the tower exactly whats te story going on with these cards? i didnt ask any question i was just open for whatever the cards had to tell me. IP: Logged |

It seems like there is something unhealthy going on with your life regarding a man you may be feeling a bit obsessed with. Is this man currently in a relationship with another woman, but you still feel strongly drawn to him?Does this make sense to you at all? If not, then disregard  . IP: Logged |

my eyes widened when reading the 'unhealthy obsession' part. im pretty sure hes not involved with anyone but if he was id still be strongly drawn to him. i think i get unhealthily obsessed with anyone im involved with. thank you for explaining.

Oh, so you are in a relationship with him? Yeah, just be a bit careful. These cards don't look too positive..they are very familiar to me in a pattern of readings (I read for a living). This combination of cards look dangerous as far as relationships go. I don't really see the pregnancy  . Especially not with Tower in the end, which usually means break ups. I'm sorry if this sounds negative, but it's just the vibe I get from the cards. Don't mean to upset you. I hope I'm wrong though, and that all will be well . Keep us updated if you can IP: Logged |

its okay, actually a break up is something id been contemplating for a WHILE and just last week when i finally managed to say something about it he shockingly showed that he cared and refused to let it happen, so we compromised with just a 'break'. but you're right its definitely not pregnancy. youve been so helpful thank you!
