The first thing I noticed was that she is a triple Taurus (sun/moon/mercury in Taurus), so this should give her an even more stable, stubborn, and refined personality. She is likely very set in her ways and is quite opinionated or uncompromising. She is also slow to move, meaning that she doesn't like sudden changes in her environment. With her ASC being in Auqarius, I would assume she is overall a very "fixed" type of personality. Can she be a bit neurotic at times? Or better yet, if there is a lack of order within her life, does she tend to be anxious or suffer from any form of anxiety?

Her venus is in Gemini, so this would affect her in a way that she is easily bored in relationships, as she craves constant mental stimulation and doesn't like to be tied down. With her sun and moon being in Taurus, I would assume this would be somewhat conflicting for her. I know a guy with this placement, and he is always out trying to meet new women, yet he really seems to crave stability in his relationships -while also not wanting to be completely tied down!

With her mars being in Aries, this would make her a bit more direct and aggressive than the average Taurus. This may be another mild source of conflict, as this placement can indicate impatience with people who are slow to take action and can lead to impulsiveness that is uncharacteristic for Taurus'. On the positive side though, this is a great placement to have mars, as it is right at home in Aries.

Aquarius Rising:

With Aquarius rising, a clearer sense of individuality is gained by stepping back and learning to look at life from an objective position. Such a detached perspective allows for a clear and logical assessment of the situations around you, and at times, lightning fast resolution of issues.

We can then look at the location of the ruler of her 1st house.

Since she has an Aquarius Rising,
Uranus is the modern ruler;
So we can look at where Uranus is located in her chart.

Uranus in 12th house:

With Uranus in the twelfth house, you have a great need to feel free and unshackled, yet often feel restricted or confined in some vague or elusive manner. Your intuition can be very strong, but you may have a hard time listening to your self.

"If your Uranus is well aspected and you learn to accept self-discipline, this is an excellent placement for psychic or occult study."

It looks as if your friend's Uranus is aspected rather well, (Apart from the Sun-Uranus Square).
Apart from the generational aspects (Conjunct Neptune && Sextile Saturn and Pluto) it Trines with her Moon, conjuncts her Asc and Sextiles her MC.
