My husband and I are working on having a family. I'm quite a bit older than most first-time mothers would be (mid-late 30s), and the delay has me anxious.

Would someone please pull a few cards for me, and let me know if you see things coming together for us soon, within the next couple of months? Please also tell me if the cards indicate us needing help (i.e. fertility center) to get there.

Thanks so much,
Hugs,
Sunshine

Pretty please... We're going through so much right now, and I'm searching for some bit of hope to hold onto, to get me through all this.

I did not see your thread so I'm glad you bumped it. I pulled 3 tarot cards for you about your situation.

Fool
3 of wands
9 wands

Just so your aware, I try really hard to stay away from answering medical or legal question with tarot as I don't feel they give straight answers and with free will and all...But you seem really distressed over this so I thought why not.

The fool card indicates new beginnings for you and taking a leap of faith. This card points to having an open mind about the future, not knowing what the future holds. Not a bad card to pull.

I like the 3 of wands showing up in your spread. A 3 in numerology is perfect for what your asking. Its about creation and growth. This card indicates putting plans into action. More work needs to be done but the opportunity is there.

With the 9 of wands, there may be a challenge to overcome. I can't tell what specifically, I only interpret the meanings of the cards. So don't shoot the messenger DON'T give up, this card says. You have strength in reserve and your position is strong.

I truly hope you get your wish fulfilled. I am a parent myself and I love my kids dearly and my life wouldn't be the same without them. Blessings xx

And don't give up! My mother gave birth to me when she was 36 yrs old. So to say its not possible is inaccurate

Dear ShyVirgo1979,

I about cried on reading through your message - thank you so much!!! This hope is exactly was I was looking for, and I really appreciate you reading for me despite this being a tricky/tough question!

I am 36, and due to various health issues including a surgery in January I needed, it did not happen for me in the last year. My husband & I are navigating the waters of fertility treatments, which are making me all the more emotional & anxious about it all. I'm a big believer in being positive generally but so many months of disappointments were making me afraid to hope, and so I had requested the reading - I was praying for something to help give me faith that it will work for us, and your reading has helped so much!!

Your interpretations sound right on - the challenge to overcome may be the treatments I'm undergoing; the daily shots and frequent monitoring are making the process challenging & more emotional. Bless you for your kind heart & kind words, dear ShyVirgo! I would like to offer you a reading, when I'm feeling less emotionally rattled - I will be around if you need.

Thank you again!!
Sunshine

Hi Sunshine,
I read your thread and just wanted to chime in and tell you a story about my coworker who is also 36.
She and her bf had been trying to have a baby, had a miscarriage and then couldn't get pregnant so they did the in vitro cycle, which did not work for them...the moment they finished the in vitro they got pregnant the old fashioned way!!! They now have a healthy baby boy
don't give up!!!

Hey Sunshine,

I keep my fingers crossed for you. Stay positive!
A friend of my aunt gave birth to her first child when she was being 40.
Granted, this is unusual, but definitelym eans you still got time.

You're quite welcome

See everyone else says its possible too lol One of my older sisters had to undergo fertility treatments bc she has many 'female' problems and she went thru a couple of rounds of in vitro (I think that's what they call it) and my little nephew who's as cute as a button starts kindy this fall. And she was in her mid-30's when she had him. So there is defintely some hope here. Don't give up!! I'm saying prayers for you xx

Sitting here thinking.....I had my first son no problem but with my daughter, my ex husband and I tried to conceive for a yr and a half with no results. I remember going to my gyno and she ordered a ton of bloodwork which came back ok but she said I was having cycles where I wasn't ovulating every month. I didn't wanna get put on meds and my ex husband refused to go in and get tested so I bought a book on fertilty and started tracking my cycles and followed this book. About 5 to 6 months later...surprise! My daughter is a 10 yr old drama queen now I don't know if this help you or not but I just felt like sharing lol

Sandra018,

Thanks so much!! It really helps to hear positive stories - it pulls up my spirits and I'm trying to be in that mindset as we go through all these rounds of meds they are giving us!

Thank you for your kindness, ShyVirgo1979, and for sharing your sister's and your own experience. God-willing, I hope we have a good outcome soon too. I will keep you posted.
