God does not give you more than you can handle try to smudge some sage maybe to try to clear negativity around you but be optimistic. everyone goes through a period like this. it's normal.

I understand your pain because I have been there myself for the past 5 years. Something good happens and then bam something it goes wrong. It's frustrating but you will come out of this with new lessons which you will feel like you don't need to learn but the strength and wisdom you are learning will benefit you in the future. smudging sage is not black magic, it's actually good for clearing negativity or start taking baths with seasalt to cleanse also. stay positive, it will get much much better
