awww thx for the reading Empress  if i take it as for the week starting from monday(today is friday) , then it had been a v v busy week n dats actually gud for me to remain busy i hv been amazingly positive,inspiring many....but last night,i saw dat my ex has already got a new gal n gonna get married (evn 2 months before pur final decree of divorce) n i was shattered...confused...feeling as if there is nothing fr me in the world to liv for...crying ... n woke up with the same hangover today....so yes,there suddenly is some mental tension dat involves him .....but i hope thnggs get well soon ... ps: any suggestions abt how to hate a cheater ex husband n move on after 2 yrs of a breakup !(damn...its killing me daily)

Sorry to hear about that star . Well, the advice I always give others in order to forget about an ex is to write down all the negative traits that he has/had -- all the negative things he has done to you and things like that. Every time you start thinking about him in a positive way, whip out that list and read it. This is the method I always use and it has worked for me in the past. Good luck!! quote:

the week had been v v hectic...but finally its over...n cant wait to start a committed relationship ! there were choices i cud made from...but no one was the one who could be considered (no,m not choosy,but still !) .... wanna move on bt really dnt knw when dat man in my destiny would meet me....i hope the next week brings him to my life,lolz....awww Empress,thx darling ! ur formula is a gud one...to hate him by accepting his fault n nt criticisng myself n losing self confidence -is a gud way...plus may b i should also find out fr a relationship now....enough of the shock period of years !
