I have a crush on one of my co-workers. I feel the mutual attraction is there!! We don’t know each other too well, yet but will be working together more closely these next few months.

He's in residency for a medical program and I am the program admininstrator. He will leave the program next year (in less he is asked to stay or finds employment in my city) So, I'd like to know what the long term potentional can be

Also, I’d like to know how "us" dating or possibly more than that, would go……is he interested (what is he seeking)
