Sorry..
Yes, it's me and someone I work around..
I'm wondering if anything will transpire. We have worked together for quite some time, and were attracted to each other, but both just got out of current involvements...I'm "Scared" to chance him not feeling the same attraction..I was thinking about reaching out in a non professional environment (email perhaps), but I wonder if it I should wait.

I would not do anything yet if I were you, the asc is very early, things are not ripened yet in relation to the question, and on a critical degree. You are Mercury retro, not strong in position. He is Jupiter also on a critical degree. Venus, your co-significator is also on a critical degree.
So it is really to say that for now things are not developing, reason could be that you both have to deal with the past and are uncertain on how to proceed. This does not mean that nothing will come of it in the future, but at present it is not a good time to take action. How well do you know him? Sure he is single ?

Mercury Retro will aspect the Sun, his other significator, so there will be contact. Keep it friendly, try not to move towards romance at the moment. The Moon and sun will also aspect, but they are not the main significators. Mercury and Jupiter are not aspecting, although they are trying.
Keep it light and friendly at the moment.

Tofu- thank you , that's how I'm feeling intuitively.I need to tie up loose ends as well..is there any way to tell from here if the connection still exists or is mutual? He *may* have a on/off again girlfriend..I'm not sure....

There is a connection, the co-significators are connecting, an off and on girlfriend would be a possibility with Pisces on the cusp of the 7th house.
