I think they're faithful, but they're more likely to stray from insecurity. I think they would stray on impulse rather than continuing two affairs at the same time.

Lol. Yes. Empress as high class. Queen of Pents showed up in the past. But this one does fit for me though. The image of this 9 pents lady is very lush (not prissy like RW one
Page swords RX can be a secretive character, but maybe it only comes down to watching err.. certain movies, lol.
I just pulled the cards for practice btw & this couple have been together forever & there were a few incidents in the past...
As an extra I also pulled page wands RX.

PS: I've seen the knight of swords come up as a pimp before (but not the RW version).

It's my new deck, the Greer one. I'm trying to use it just for love related questions. But the knight of swords is rather vile here & in RW I'm rather fond of him. Then he goes after his goal with a passion. Here there's blood on his sword.
Also the 9 pents is with purple & fruit. Upright still decent, but reversed easily a girl of pleasure, lol, or so I think.

Edit again: I am a bit biased though. So it would make objective interpretation more difficult
