Yes I do have that power woman feel. But he freaks out when I go on vacation or take a casual leave off. As far as dealing with me, he likes when I come and sit for a chat in his office like I don't have better things to do. SO I would say the actual situation we are in ( me and my boss) would be something like I do the avoiding!!

That's probably because you do have it all under control (empress + 4 pents again) & have a clear outline in how you feel things should be done
And that's the intimating part... Again, that's how I would read it...

@empress: lol, yes. Don't get me wrong, I like the empress card, but you can't really say it's a little grey mouse. I often see her as a 'larger then life' personality & in readings she often comes up as someone wanting to arrange it all (overbearing to the querant). Even though she thinks it's for the greater good, it doesn't always go down that well.

No, 9 of Wands is him being scared/fearful.

4 of Pentacles becomes ill-dignified (sorry, this is how I read) by the 6 of Swords, they both are reversed.

4 of Pentacles rx + 6 of Swords rx

And that is you staying stuck there. He won't find someone that can do it as well and I don't think he would find it as quickly either
