The one from 2005 showed Venus conjunct Jupiter in the 11th house and Moon conjunct Jupiter all in Libra and all trining Neptune in Aquarius in the 3rd house. Then they all sextile Pluto which was in Sagittarius conjunct POF in the 1st-2nd house cusp. That all looked lovely and it was lovely, lol.

Now for this year my Venus is kind of lonely in the 4th house it only trines Neptune in Pisces in the 9th and squares Jupiter in Cancer in 12th conjunct POF. Sounds more like something spiritual/money related?

How do you read these charts? I mean I saw how positive it looked in 2005, which makes complete sense, but I still can't "weave a story" that will be accurate if I try to predict things..

It seems, however, that Venus is completely unaspected in this venus return chart. The square to Jupier is 10 degrees which is too wide for anything, and the trine to neptune is out of sign and very wide as well to be considered.
I don't think this will be an eventfull year, hunny. Nothing bad, just nothing too exciting. Look for the year when Venus will be conjuncting Sun and the Nodes and Vertex, for an exciting love/romance year.

Your natal Venus is at 24' Libra? It conjuncts Spika - the most fortunate and one of the brightest fixed star. William Lilly ( a famous ancient astrologer) considers a planet's conjunction with Spica to be an accidental fortitude and gives it 5 points. Spica is traditionally considered as an oasis of good fortune. Where is it located in your natal chart?

Thanks, yes I thought the orbs were too wide as well, but still thought it would be significant anyhow. And yes, I know about Spica & William Lily =)

My Venus is @ 24'10 in Libra, but unfortunately it's in the 8th house.

My 5th-6th house has Cancer on it.

5/6 natal house in Cancer means your 6th house has a Cancer ruler, which means the 6th house will be brought to the surface. In a Venus return chart, 6th house emphasis would suggest attraction /romantic feelings at the work place.
