My first thought was Mercury sextile Neptune and ASC trine Neptune. Mercury in Pisces and Pisces ASC tend to have soft voices (the females anyway).

You have the Ruler of your 1st house in your 12th house. The 12th house is ruled by Pisces, so that could be an indicator.

Mercury sextile Neptune by 25 minutes is a strong candidate.

Maybe even Chiron conjunct 3rd house cusp?

Natural 3rd house ruler Venus trine saturn in Taurus. No clue if it indicates a soft voice though!
