He finds you nurturing and attractive. 3 wands he's focusing on the long term, maybe he secretly holds out hope for you coming back or at the very least, he's hoping there's a new sun on the horizon. It's the 'waiting' card. Strength is a curve ball, I've read it could stand for 'true love'. But it could just mean that he's convincing himself to be 'strong' in this situation, focus on the long term.

Now, the cards I got for you: 6 of Cups for how he feels about you, Page of Pentacles for how he thinks of you, and the Emperor as can you and him be friends.

He definitly sees you in a positive light; he feels the warm fuzzies of nostalgia and always a bond will be there of genuine love.

He thinks of you as a very loyal person, maybe a little bit on the shyer side but sensual, or at least very curious on that end.

The Emperor tells me this would be better suited off as friends because there I am sensing there may be a big issue of dominance either from one of you or mutually if romantic. It is a good card in general to me as it is stability,security, and protectiveness but best platonically.

4 of Swords,Strength,three of Wands Queen of Pentacles and 2 of Cups as how he feels for you at the moment.It looks to me like this is actually a really progressive spread, like literally! You were in pain for a while and grieving that, you wrestled withing yourself to get out of that period which brought you to be more active and forward thinking----transforming into the Queen of Pentacles so that you can find love again! Beautiful! I think the 2 of cups is the part of you that he sees as most presently-someone he feels truly compatible with.

I think you want something to happen NOW, you are feeling anxious, impatient even, maybe worried that it wont.. You see this beautiful situation that could be or that seems so close to you and yet it is not happening yet. This can be frustrating! Maybe you feel like somebody is the reason for this-like they are taking sweet time to decide something which will affect you.

You are definitely feeling very attuned to him but confused and you are feeling sexy and confident but if you have expectations before the month ends, you will be disappointed. I pulled The Magician, The Tower and the 9 of Swords...so YES is thinking of you but maybe too much-it is causing him great stress and anxiety. I think he felt that you gave him some sort of spark and spontaneity in his life which lead to some sort of complete and maybe necessary destruction of a part of himself or in the relationship..either he did something to you and he feels extremely guilty or you may have caused him some pain and he can't get over it. He is not in the best of places right now.

This maybe a tad harsh, but this is what the cards have portrayed.

This is assuming you are offered the job and take it.
I usually do a 3 card reading. I shuffled a fair number of times, and kept getting very, very different outcomes- some being very good, and the others were talking about too much focus upon the past which negates the good of the new job.

For the new job to work, you need to be emotionally detached and listen (represented by the IX of swords), and be wary of your emotional immaturity (II of cups, reversed), and all will be well in the new job and there will be a sense of permanence attached to it (X of pentacles).
