Hey LL

Here's an horary chart I would really appreciate any help with

The question was if any of the publishers I contacted will want my visual project let's say in a matter of 6ish months

How does it look based upon this chart? Sagi rising is not uncool, is it?

I would be happy to offer a tarot reading in xchange (tomorrow )

Ceri is right, Moon is VOC. But horary has a validity of 3-6 months and from what you're saying, you're thinking past that period. That could be why. For the next 3 months at least, it looks like things will not go forward with this.

Even if the Moon would not be VOC, Venus (their significator) is in detriment (they could be a bit shady or lack proper finances etc) and about to conjunct Saturn, who frustrates Venus's application to you. Because they apply, it means they do have the intention of collaborating with you, but Saturn gets in the way, and so does Mercury, who applies to square you and will do so before Venus trines you. So, there are 2 obstacles here, one is on their end (Saturn), one is on yours (Mercury). And Moon being VOC, I can only conclude that the obstacles will not be surmounted.

The conclusion might be same, but if you want a second opinion, this is my take. I used your 9th house which is the house of publishing. Because we¡¯re not talking about a specific company but publishers in general, I believe the sun is the significator. Sun is not making any aspect to anywhere.
Although, you have good talent, your significator is placed in the 8th house, where it is hard for you to shine. Mercury is applying to you who has influence over the publisher, but because it is pregreine and it is applying a hard aspect, it would be something of an insignificance. And like everybody pointed out, your moon is VOC.
I suggest take your time a little, and plan out a different approach.

I hope I'm not offending you in anyway. This is my personal advice as an author of couple history books. Although, we're talking about a different genre, I realized publishing isn't really about how good I am. There are plenty of people who fits the bill and with right skill sets. To me, I felt it all came down to how many people you know and from there how many of them were willing to help you to reach up there. Networking is important especially in publishing. Also, I realized publishing industry is more conservative than other industries.

Do you know much about determining the time the question was asked? I never understood how this works. Is it when the chart is drawn? Or when?

As far as I know, a specific time frame can be asked when the aspects are applying. You aren¡¯t applying to the Sun, so its hard to say. But we can see Mercury and Jupiter are in Cardinal signs, so with 4 degrees apart, we should be looking at 4 months give or take. Like I said, this contact is useless. For more details, look below.
Anyway, I believe horary can be asked when there¡¯s a change. You shouldn¡¯t be asking the same question if you have remained same. So be different. As Einstien once said, Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Time Factor
The amount of time involved can be found by counting the number of degrees between Significators for an aspect to be exact. Time is measured in days, weeks, months, years or unknown according to the quality of the sign the Signifcator of the querent is in, and its house occupancy. In a cardinal sign and angular house, time is in days; in a cardinal sign and succedent house, time is in weeks; in a cardinal sign and cadent house, time is in months. If the Significator is in a fixed sign and angular house, time is in months; in a fixed sign and succedent house, time is in years; in a fixed sign and cadent house, time is unknown. If the Signifcator is in a mutable sign and angular house, time is in weeks; in a mutable sign and succedent house, time is in months; in a mutable sign and cadent house, time is in years.

Interesting. You have a point there. But Sun is unaspected and also intercepted in the 9th, neither looks good. I used the 10th ruler Venus. Her project could be ruler of 3rd or 5th.

So I've done it all wrong then? I re-edited my pdf in late August, which was also when I sent it to a couple of people. I have been looking for places I haven't contacted yet since, found a few, that's really it
