Since your situation is a bit vague, I'm not sure if I can pinpoint why you were let go. So just keep in mind these are educated / intuitive guesses.

So I do see here you were let go quite suddenly and in a cold manner - not something you expected at all. You thought they cared about you more than they showed that day. And yes judging from the 5 of Cups rx it has certainly left you feeling quite crappy.

Your intuition is correct in that you don't know everything, but I think they thought you lied perhaps about some amounts of money? The Queen of Pentacles at the base suggests a few things (especially when comparing the Ace of Swords) that there was a question of ethics and what they did was out of an ethical concern and not something personal. Note the lack of Cups which are representative of emotions. This was a business decision, or something done for the well being of the company.

Moving onto the Page of Pentacles rx we can exact that you haven't learned yet. There is a lesson in all of this and you will see it once some time has passed and you're no longer emotional towards the situation. Were you an entry level employee or higher up? Is it possible they simply could not afford to keep all of you there?
