He is interested in you, wants to chat with you, share what projects/ideas he has and yours as well. Also he is attracted to you (physically I think he likes your body a lot. So you have both side covered, which is good.
Loving feelings doesn't appear in the cards for the moment but you have the bases so your relationship can be more than just friendship

He's a bit confusing but I am not surprised that there are no 'loving feelings'. We have been facebook friends for a very long time but we started chatting a few weeks ago and he writes to me every 2 days or so..
Your reading is quite precise I think. I am not sure about the physical part, we have never met but the sharing of projects etc. is quite accurate hehe.. let's see what happens :3

I would say that if you change in the company, it will be in the end of the year and that you won't be happy about how it was done.

For the moment, no You will still be in some fiancial instability for quite something. Also you will be tempted to spend which will frustrate you more.
Do you travel or do you have the project to travel ? I see big expensive travel going your way. Either, you will be tempted to do it or someone will propose to you to do the travel together. Anyway, it should be avoid for the moment.
I also think that your financial difficulties makes people talk around.

So this year will continue to be challenging. But it's for this year. I can't say for more than spring 2014. So ask again in spring
I think it's this falls 2013 that will be hard. Winter should be somehow a bit better (but still not perfect).
