Hey Ocean,

Great. Thanks. I think this will happen for you. They would offer you a new contract for that position & this means that whatever it is you are doing work wise now, will come to a complete end. This new position will be much more fulfilling/joyful for you. Can you give me some more info about the nature of the job? It feels like something you can really put your heart & soul in.
It might look now like there's no possibility to advance, but there will be room for that in the future.
