Excuse my french, but I am very excited about the idea of him moving out-along his his obnoxious, swarmy girlfriend. It may just be in my dreams, but was wondering if anyone could pick up any possibility of him leaving?

Oh, I feel your pain. Same situation with a loud upstairs neighbor. I have thought about cutting off their legs, but I will end up in jail if I do that and I like my freedom.
