Situation: Guy I know through my work, seems we've always had this mutual attraction, although due to circumstances have never acted on anything...although I AM receptive..I'm not sure where he stands?

I'm not knowledgeable like Hera, AND I'm still learning... Without taking a closer look, I'd say no, he's not interested, since inconjunction is not considered an aspect between significators as far as I've read.

You're Saturn in Scorpio and in his 3rd House. I'd say he likes talking to you. His interest seems to be more friendly than romantic. Also, he probably has someone else in mind, seeing as Miss Venus is in his 5th of romance. You also have a Mr Mercury coming back to you, so an old flame or lover might get in touch with you in 6 units of time (I think it's years, if I'm not mistaken).

Now, it's in the 5H which is clearly indicating there's a romantic (or at least a recreational) focus. Whether that's him, or your perception of him, or simply the emotional focus (the Moon) of the situation - remains to be seen.

I do not like Pluto in the 12H. I never do. There are underhanded powerplays going on in the background here, or even beneath your consciousness. This is a unique, dynamic relationship; there's reciprocity - Saturn in Scorpio, Pluto in Capricorn. He may be thinking you're playing the games, you may think it's him. Either way, it's causing problems.

Venus in the 11H is interesting. Any romanticism is currently being sublimated - or focussed - into friendship. But Mars is in the 8H, so there's another x-factor here. Mars in the 8H is a highly sexual motivation. Whose motivation? Probably yours, dear querent, as it's hanging out with the Sun and the stellium in Scorpio. (In fact so much Scorpio clearly reveals the nature of the question.)

The fact that the Sun is the anaretic degree sounds like you're at your wit's end with this. There's also karma here; the fact so much is in Scorpio and Pluto is alone in the 12H just indicates there's too much going on underneath all of this to get a clear picture.

There's so much Scorpio / 12H / 8H energy here; Pluto opposes Jupiter showing possible excess and obsession; Mars in the 8H is opposite Neptune, confusing, muddling everything. Be careful of what's illusion.

I'd say proceed with caution. You (the Sun) are completely engulfed in the 7H. This issue is 'consuming' you - especially with so much Scorpio energy.

Try and trust your intuition, but stay aware.

You are Saturn he is Moon - no aspects. So unlikely. Looking further no aspects between Saturn does not aspect Mars or Sun. No aspects between Venus and Mars.

There is aspect between Moon and Venus, but its an opposition - so its not the easiest situation. Likewise, like @file I am not convinced that Venus represents you.

I would ask the question - due to the circumstance why has he never acted? No offense, but if a guy is super in to you - he finds a way to work around the circumstance. Likewise, (sorry to be that harsh or blunt), but would you want a guy who doesn't just champion you in that way anyhow? Personally, I want a guy to just be fearless and come after me...

In regards to dignity and debility - he is in triplicity in your sign - i.e. by accident; however, he is also in his detriment. So he can't do anything about it, but it is possible that he likes you. So this seems to fit the situation You are in his detriment, so you are powerless. So overall, it is unlikely that anything will happen.

SIDEBAR: Venus is in term in Sag; Moon is exalted in Taurus. I would say that Venus and Moon would work out - thought it could be possible that the situation is purely sexual. But like I said previously, I am not convinced you are Venus here. B/c the Venus/Moon situation is a very obvious one. I believe in your intuition, but really b/c of this connection - the situation should be a no-brainer.

Having said that..
INDIGO- You are right in your assumption that this is karmic,asI have always felt that as well. You are also right about the game playing. I can see how both of us may perceive the other is playing games. And yes, I am at my wits end AND consumed by the situation. This thread has made me realize that I need to put it to bed already!!

IMEANJ- You are SO right...Why would I want a guy that wouldn't fight for me anyway? (The circumstance was that we are both attached to others. But you are SO right..if a guy really wants you, they will go for it.

It's odd...a few weeks back I posted a horary that showed that he REALLY wanted me...how can it change so quickly??

There is a possibility that you are Venus - I feel that you aren't but I don't want to rule it out. So you will know in 3 weeks if you are Venus are not, b/c something will happen between Moon and Venus. Be careful though if it is you, there is a possibility if it is you that the meeting may be only sexual and nothing more, because Venus is a secondary ruler - so often it ends up being a just sex thing when there are aspects.

You really want it to be primary rulers aspecting without interference and with a positive aspect. i.e. opposing is a negative aspect. Moon - is usually feelings/emotions of some sort, though in this chart it is ruling the querent. Likewise, the path of the Moon tells the timeline/storyline of what happens. Sun/Mars/Venus - are secondary, and have more to do with physicality, at times.

Horary gives a lot of information and detail, but is widely interpreted, so accuracy takes a lot of trial and error.
