Long story short, for me, it fell apart – when neptune finally sees the light and the glow wears off, it’s tragic. It can take a while though.

This synastry has some nice spots, but that Venus sq. Mercury is pretty bad, as is the Venus sq. Venus, and the Sun opp. Moon both ways.
