I'm not that experienced with horaries, but I found this(saturn combust sun)

Combust - this is when a planet is within 8.5 degrees from a conjunction to the Sun. This weakens the planet considerable, making it hard to act. The Sun’s rays are said to overcome the planet, weakening and taking away the light and power from it. Combustion in horary can indicate a number of things in the chart from something being hidden from view, or, an overpowering person, or the significator is under stress, deciphering this comes from analysing the rest of the chart. It is worse if the combustion is applying, it means the condition is getting worse.

Under the Sunbeams - is when a planet is within 17 degrees from a conjunction to the Sun, and in the same sign as the Sun. An applying conjunct is worst than a separating one. This weakens the planet but not as much as a combustion.

Saturn is combust with Sun in that chart, however, I don't know why you're looking at Saturn here.

Her significator is Jupiter and her ex's is Mercury, who do not aspect, hence the lack of contact between them.

I'm having a hard time looking at this chart because of all the asteroids... there was no need for them, lol.

Ok, his co-significator (Sun) is trining her (Jupiter), so he might booty-call her or something like that.

Uranus in the 1st house indicates surprising changes, so tell her to raise her guard up.

Btw, Mercury is trining Venus, so I think he's moved on and is already engaging another woman... This seems to be the case especially because your friend is in his H11 of friends.

They're both peregrine, so neither have the strengh to act on anything.

She's accidently dignified by house placement and by being oriental, but then she loses some of that dignity by being retrograde.

Is Mercury in the 7th or the 8th? If he's in the 7th, he's accidently dignified, if he's in the 8th, he's accidently debilited. He's not combust, though.

Well, I usually read the outers as influences, thoughts and feelings of the significator it's aspecting, so I'd say he's in a dreamy state right now, probably because of that sextile to Venus (I know I said trine, but it's a sextile -- I'm tired, I'm sorry).

Never have I used Chiron to read anything in horary nor have I read anything about it being important.

I really think the answer to her question is yes, he might contact her, but it'll be a booty-call type of contact.

Yes, I meant Venus, as in someone else he's seeing right now.

By turning the chart and looking from where he "stands", Venus is in his 4th and your friend (Mercury) is in his 11th.

He's accidently dignified, then.

Also, it shows your friend is still very much interested in a romantic relationship with him.
