I know that it may seem silly to you all, BUT I'm really torn here.
Should I stay or should I go? He wants to take a break, and part of me wants to believe him when he says he doesn't want to break up. But another part of me believes that this is a game that I don't need to be a part of.
So if somebody could just read into this for me, I would appreciate it.

he wants space, put him in a shuttle and start the engine. get a new hair do, a new outfit and walk with your head held high and make your space comfy enough for the one who wants to be in it.IP: Logged |

Ya know, the best thing to do when a guy wants space and you feel torn and pressured to make a decision ...Put him on hold. Focus on you, give him the break, find ways to improve yourself. I've been with a cancer for a long time. He pulled this. I panicked, was torn... Stay, go, stay, go. Questioning if he loved me, if it was just a way to break up with me. Don't. Don't drive yourself crazy. Sometimes guys pull away. Sometimes they pull this crap. Whether you want him to come back or not.... You'd react the same to get either result. You pull away too. You don't cling. You focus on you. Relax . Hell snap back . At some point, and the good news, is you'll have the power to leave the door open or closed. He doesn't have the power. I would ask him for more clarity... What does take a break mean?? I would ask does it mean you need space for a few days, sure no problem... Take space.. Or does it mean for BOTH of us to date other people... If he can't be honest enough to answer, then, well you have your answer... But I would ask him exactly what does take a break entail. Alright, so I've chosen to just pull back and focus on me, if he decides to come back, then I choose whether or not I want to continue to deal with somebody who's unsure.
