It is a serious question

I want to know if my dad is sick, he has some severe symptoms sometimes but he does not speak of what he has...
What condition is he currently in? Is his health threatened?
It is impossible to get any information about him because he is very secretive on this manner...

What can you say?

Right off the bat, we see his health isn't in the best of conditions, Venus being retrograde and peregrine. It's, however, being received by Mars by triplicity and term, and in the sign where your father is exalted, so I believe he is aware of what the problem is and is fighting it.

Venus is in Capricorn, which is said to rule the legs, but also, more specifically, the knees, skin, teeth, bones, gall bladder, hair and spleen. Venus is in his 9th, which could mean he contracted some type of foreign virus/bacteriae/disease. Did he travel away or somewhere he could contract anything that isn't very common where you live?

His significator, Mars, is extremely badly aspected, in his 6th and in Libra. He's in his detriment, so he's currently very weak, but again we see him receiving Venus, so I'm inclined to believe he's aware of all the implications and state of his health. Libra rules the lower back and buttocks, but also the kidneys and veins.

To be honest, I think this matter is too serious for me to take an educated guess here... Is there no way you can talk to him and get him to open up about his health condition? I don't think it's a disease per se, I think this might be stress related and his worries are manifesting physically. I say this because there's no aspect between your father's and his health's significators but, like I said before, don't take what I'm saying here too serious and talk to him. Tell him you're worried and that you want to help him.

Thank you very much for the feedback! I can't thank YOU enough, because horaries that aren't about relationships are a challenge to me and I like to see if the way I'm reading them makes sense in reality.

Oh, and for some reason I think his kidneys are okay... I mentioned what Libra rules because I wasn't certain which one would speak the most to you, but from what you've said, it's the organs Capricorn rules that are giving the most problems, so you shouldn't worry.

He should do a regular checkup on his kidneys, anyhow. No harm done in being a little too careful and doing some preventive testings. I just want you to remind him to take care of himself, as dads often forget to do just that.
