It's intense and makes some strong aspects to my natal. I'm prepared to make major changes this year but some of it is a bit much.Any thoughts or comments appreciated!

Indeed I do feel like this year will bring some 'major changes' in your life. You have Pluto in the 1st house. You will probably make changes it plenty areas of your life, or maybe change the way you are perceived by others, the way you project yourself. Whatever the changes will be, it will be for the best.

Solar return sun is in the 1st house. This will be a year of personal progress. Since the 1st house rules the self and the sun in the SR chart is the main focus of the year, I think you will focus on yourself, your needs, your abilities & etc. You will become a much stronger person.
Sr sun is also conjunct venus. This is good for your social life and your love life. You may project yourself in a charming way that attracts others.

Again, SR moon is in the 5th house, this is helpful for attraction. I think this year you might attract alot of guys.

Solar return ascendant ruler is in the 7th house of relationships. You will also focus on love relationships.

And you are right there is ALOT of aspects to your natal.

SR ascendant is conjunct your natal MC so this might be a year where you will need to communicate alot. SR ascendant in natal 6th house. So communicating in the job that you do will be very important.
Again an emphasis on communication,SR mercury is conjunct your north node. The north node is where you are supposed to grow or head towards.

SR moon conjunct natal mars. Well isn't this hot lol. I think you will have a very busy and active social life. Again your charm might go up the roof.

Numerology wise, t is a personal year 1 for you. This is a year of new beginnings. I say, enjoy it! This is a year where you can start all over, gain independence and most of all be yourself and express who you truly are!

Very interesting about communication being emphasized this year especially about job related issues. I've been having a lot of confusion about this lately so I'm hoping this will be a year where I can make some firm decisions and get things figured out.. It's funny too about all the romance aspects and SR moon conjunct natal mars. Saturn has been transiting my natal 5th so I've been kind of down about romance and having fun in general, but I have been wanting a more active social life and it would be great if others found me more charming and attractive lol Thanks again I appreciate it!

Hmm ok well personally I do use reversals so I would interpret this as if you stay at your current job it'll continue to be a stifling environment and you won't feel it's helping you reach any of your long term goals or satisfaction. You'll become bored or frustrated and will continue to wonder what other opportunities are out there.. With Queen of Swords I think you've been able to take a step back and view the situation rationally, and you understand it's not a decision that can be made based on emotions alone. If you do quit you might have to be a little "harsh" and upfront with the people who want you to stay, but it will help you feel more independent once you do. So I would say trust in your own logic/ intellect and don't let others try to sway you...
