"6 Clubs" I am quitting my job to start mentoring and A LOT of my mental energy and focus has been this. My natal charts and aspects have all be pointing me in this direction including my Pluto conjuncting Pluto in April

You've worked hard, gained a respected reputation and have earned the success you're building right now; and all under less-than-desirable circumstances it would appear.

I would definitely recommend against saying anything to your mother or sister about much of your personal or professional endeavors, because that Queen of Diamonds came up again, along with the 5 of Hearts which indicates jealousy (often destructive) - in your Present. Just keep the conversation light and superfluous and move on.

Outside of that, your present and future look great: business success, a financial upswing, and (though I can't say in what context they have or will appear...) a dark-haired or fire-sign man will come along, kind-hearted, generous, spirited; as well as a fair-haired/greying or earth-predominant man of some authority, status and influence.

My weekend with my family was actually really good. Distance has really helped me heal from the damage of a lot of interactions and I saw my mother inflict wounds on my cousin whose mother died. This made me look into the pathology of my family and she is a Narcissist. Once I read the symptoms she had 22 of the 24 them. I made amends with my older sister and she extended herself to me and we decided to forge a relationship.

Professionally, after coming up with my mother's diagnosis, I researched how to heal. Without any guidance, I did everything by the book. This served as evidence for me that I am doing the right thing by mentoring. There are some things education cannot teach and I healed myself without it. It was scary in a good way that some of the module I had written for abused women and children to heal from, were exactly what I had done without knowing I was abused.

You'll be wise to grow into the new relationship - and make her prove to you that she has, as well. NOT because of malice on her part, but rather because (I sense) she still has some emotional growth to do in order to effectively move past the scars of your shared history. HOWEVER...if you navigate this new relationship with her respecting yourself and her limitations, the 9 of hearts (the clarifier I pulled for you) indicates that you'll each find great strength in each other and forge the kind of sisterhood you've always wanted!
